Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at anytime to not get charged in the future by contacting our Customer Support department while doing one of the followingor by Deleting the Account:
Completing the support form at contact us.
Sending us an email at support@resume-nation.com.
Calling our Customer Support Service at +353 1574 5558 (UK number)
If you wish to stop using our services completely and delete the account, you have todo the following steps:
1) Login to your account at https://resume-nation.com/login.
2) Access your account settings at https://resume-nation.com/account.
3) Click on Delete Account.
Following these procedures, your Monthly or Annual plan will be deactivated immediately.
Our subscription currency billing types by country:
If your Card Issuing Bank is from any other country, you will be charged in USD ($) by default.

Refund Policy

resume-nation has a no questions asked, 14 Day Refund (Monthly Plan) & 30 Day Refund (Annual Plan) policy. This ensures that no mistake purchases are made and aims to help with situations like customers NOT being able to use our services properly due to Customer-side technical issues.
In anycase, if you wish to proceed with your Refund request, you just need to contact our Customer Support department by doing one of the following:

When contacting us, we advise you to have the following details:
1) Provide us with the E-Mail address used to make a purchase/register the account .
2) Provide the screenshot of a successful purchase Order ID, which you have received in your E-Mail addressat the time of the purchase.
Please note:
Refunds for purchases not made through our website (ex. Online Resume Sellers or Resellers, Real World Resellers) are not handled by us directly and you will need to contact the source respectively.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case you have not received a refund yet, please contact your bank / credit card company, as it may take some time before the payment is processed. Payments are usually processed within 2-10 days, but may take up to 45 for certain payment methods.
